Delightful Ethical Digital

Our values and accreditations

We’re a value-driven company that operates ethically towards our clients and staff, putting people and the planet first. We demand the same high standards from our suppliers who will need to operate by our Supplier Code of Conduct

Collaborative

We know that as charities you value honesty, transparency, clarity and flexibility. We aim to provide all our clients with these things and more. We work in a collaborative way and never use jargon when explaining the more technical aspects of web design work. Our pricing model is designed with fixed charity budgets in mind and we’re not here to sell you things that you just don’t need.

People-focused

We value our incredible staff and treat them accordingly. That means that as well as being London Living Wage accredited and a Disability Confident employer, we also run a profit share for all employees and offer two paid volunteering days a year on top of annual leave. The whole team is included in strategy planning, encouraged to think entrepreneurially and feel empowered to contribute above and beyond their roles. And we can wear shorts in the office anytime.

You can find out more about all the fabulous benefits we offer our staff on our team page.

Inclusive

On a human level, we do our best to reduce our ecological footprint and the amount of resources we use. We are committed to furthering cooperation, equality and diversity and always try to understand any unconscious biases we bring to our work.

We operate in a non-hierarchical way and are proud of the fact that the salary ratio between our highest and lowest earners is only 2.6. In a traditionally male-dominated industry, 40% of our developers are women. We know this is always a work in progress, but we’re committed to continuing to improve ourselves and the sector – say hello and we’d be happy to chat about what we’re doing.

Accreditations

We’re an ethical company to the core. That means treating our staff and clients fairly and being selective about the organisations we work with. We don’t work for oil, mining, arms, banking and sweatshops. But we do work with charities, social enterprises and B-corps and other great organisations that challenge these and more. And we were just voted the 8th best place to work in the UK.
