Fat Beehive Ltd’s terms and conditions are contained within our Service Level Agreement document which can be requested from your account manager.
Fat Beehive Ltd’s key payment terms are 28 days from the issue of invoice. The dispute of an invoice must be communicated to Fat Beehive within 7 days of issue.
Customers with complaints about a service they have received from Fat Beehive Ltd should contact their account manager in the first instance. If the customer is not satisfied with the response, the complaint can be escalated to the General Manager.
