When clients shine, we celebrate

Keith McDonnell

From bold campaigns to fundraising triumphs, we’re proud to share how our clients are making a real difference — and how we support them

At Fat Beehive, nothing makes us prouder than seeing our clients make a difference. Every charity we work with is doing vital, inspiring work – and when they launch innovative campaigns or smash fundraising targets, that deserves a celebration.

These latest examples highlight why we love our job.

CCLG: launching #ChildCancerSmart

Cancer remains the biggest killer by disease of children and teenagers in the UK, and delays in diagnosis can make outcomes even harder for families. That’s why our client CCLG (The Children & Young People’s Cancer Association) has just launched #ChildCancerSmarta nationwide campaign designed to raise awareness and speed up diagnosis.

With campaign ambassador Dr Amir Khan on board, #ChildCancerSmart highlights a simple but crucial message: if a child has had three persistent symptoms, three GP visits without answers, or three weeks of unexplained illness – escalate. By making families and health professionals more aware of these red flags, the campaign aims to close the gap between first symptoms and diagnosis.

It’s a bold, evidence-based initiative with the potential to save lives – and we’re proud to help get this message to the people who need it most.

SIA: superheroes on a mission

Meanwhile, over at Spinal Injuries Association (SIA), a team of more than 50 “SIA superheroes” donned their capes (metaphorically and literally) to take part in the Superhero Triathlon 2025 in Windsor. Supported by friends, partners and sponsors, the team raised over £9,000 – and counting – for people with spinal cord injuries.

The day was packed with energy, determination and joy, proving once again that community spirit and fundraising can be life-changing. It also shone as a powerful example of what collaboration can achieve.

And most importantly, the money raised will go directly to supporting people with spinal cord injuries – funding services, advice and advocacy that transform lives.

Proud to share these stories

At Fat Beehive, our job isn’t just to build beautiful, functional websites (though we do that too). It’s to help organisations like CCLG and SIA thrive – making sure their digital presence matches their ambition and enables them to reach the audiences that matter.

When we see our clients launching campaigns that spark change, or raising funds that make a real-world difference, it reinforces why we do what we do.

These successes come from their hard work and the commitment of everyone involved – but if we’ve played even a small part, then that’s something worth celebrating too.

If you want to find out more about how we can help amplify your digital presence, drop us a line now.

Supporting clients isn’t just our work. It’s our privilege.
