Task planning and communication, 10%
- Work from a Jira ticket backlog based on priority to work through support tickets submitted by clients
- Communicate directly with clients in the progress of their tickets, providing clear explanations of the solutions you’ve provided
Front-End development, 85%
- Code in HTML, SASS, Twig, Javascript, JQuery
- Inspect Front-end bugs and issues and find a solution and apply the fix
- Understand responsive design and the usage of break points and media queries
- A strong understanding of Twig templates
- Testing sites on different browsers and devices
- Be able to effectively self-triage tasks in the event you need other resource to assist in completion of the support tickets
- Be curious about and keep up to date with the progress of HTML/CSS/Javascript and other web technologies.
Other, 5%
- Accurately track time spent and ensure efficient work.

Skills
Essential:
- Create: Build websites and apps, in WordPress.
- HTML, SASS, Javascript, jQuery
- Scope: Gather requirements, come up with technical solutions, input into technical specifications.
It would be an advantage to also:
- Experience with Twig/Timber or similar templating system.
- Experience in both WordPress and Drupal.
- Web accessibility
- Design standards
