Introducing our new Head of Support, Zoe Kitley

With a background in writing software for games and working in the third sector with different charities, Zoe has worked on projects for Health Education England and on a major hospital website. She has focussed on agency web development since 2011, has been writing code in multiple programming languages since she was 16 and has a degree in computer science.

She is well versed in the demands of the charity sector and understands the different pressures that our clients are under when it comes to digital.

Zoe has hands-on experience of working in a client-facing capacity, so she is happy to answer questions over the phone as well as via support tickets. She’s great at interpreting user issues into technical solutions and fab at providing clear explanations and guidance when you need it.

She is looking forward to working closely with you to ensure the support team runs smoothly, ticket resolution times continue to improve and that the level of support we provide continues to be the best it can for your website.

An interesting fact about Zoe? When she’s not fixing and building websites, in her spare time, she likes to try exotic food (including the tasty bugs in this photo).
