Research and Strategy

What we discover during the research phase builds a solid foundation for your online project – whether that's a new website or a redesign. It looks in detail at the three main areas crucial to the project's success:

Users

The people who use your site and services; What they need, how and why they feel that way.

Context

Assessing the objectives of the organisation or business; What the site needs to do for you.

Content

Analysing and creating content to answer these needs. 
The insights gathered during this Research phase will then be used in all subsequent phases (Design, Development and ongoing Support) as a tool to provide objective solutions to each challenge. This process produces the knowledge you need to develop an effective online strategy—including marketing, fundraising, SEO, and social media.
