We have a single deskspace available in our office, consisting of a large desk and chair (with wheels!) and storage space if needed. We are looking to rent the desk to a friendly individual. There is one company (of 7 people) in the office and two individuals - so this is currently an office of 9 people. A quiet working atmosphere is the norm for this office.
Rental of the space includes electricty, water and heating bills, Internet access over our network, security alarm, stereo, use of the meeting room, kitchen and terrace (with picnic table and bench).
Bicycles can be parked and locked right next to the office.
We are looking for friendly, easy going people to share this open plan office which is situated in the centre of Rivington Street, between the Barley Mow and Bricklayers Arms pubs. The area offers good access to London, with Old Street tube 5 minutes walk away and Liverpool Street a touch further. We can advise on the abundance of excellent lunch options (Francos, Bellecourt...) and pubs around us.
Rent is per month in advance at £265 + vat per desk.
