Taking the temperature of wildlife supporters

Like many of our clients, the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust run multiple fundraising and awareness campaigns throughout the year.  We've all seen those giant billboard thermometers along the streets, showing fundraising goals and current levels of support. Though slightly difficult to update, these posters do provide a visual confirmation to supporters that their efforts are in fact making a difference.

HWT staff came to us and asked, why can't we build a content managed thermometer for the website? Why, absolutely no reason we can't! Our designers and developers set to work, creating a simple tool that tracks donations made through the website and "fills" a thermometer graphic to show the campaign's success.  Staff can also add donations made through other means via the Beekeeper Content Management System.

Part of our ongoing client service involves meeting with you regularly to discuss new needs and ideas.  If we don't have a module that suits what you need, why, we'll build it for you! Your website is not a static entity, but a dynamic reflection of what your organisation does.  Therefore it is essential to keep an eye out for new and innovative ways to keep it fresh and engaging for your users.

Have you seen something exciting and want to know how it could work for your organisation's website? Do you want to discuss other new modules or systems our other clients have been creating?  Give us a call or contact us through the form below. We'll be happy to discuss costs, timelines, implementation, and more!
