Website Aid for ACN (UK)
Aid to the Church in Need (UK) supports Catholic Christians wherever they are persecuted, oppressed or in pastoral need around the world.
When ACN (UK) came to Fat Beehive, their website was in a bit of a state. After years of organic growth, the site contained an overwhelming amount of information that was hard to find and hard to read. More importantly, the website did little to connect visitors with the actual work done by the charity.
Through our collaborative design process, our designer and project manager worked with ACN (UK) staff to produce a navigation structure that was much more simple and effective. The main homepage was designed to engage visitors through the use of strong images and calls to action.
With the Beekeeper Content Management System driving the website, staff are able to update photos, content, and shop content easily and quickly, without a computer science degree.
