National Historic Ships sets sail!
National Historic Ships are, as they say, the official voice for historic vessels in the UK. They needed a website that described what they do and how they do it, but they also needed more.
Working with National Historic Ships, Fat Beehive created an integrated search of the Ships register. Users can search for vessels or search the skills directory from the website. The content of the site is controlled through our Beekeeper Content Management System.
The site was designed to be functional, especially in terms of the search, but also visually appealing. Our designer worked closely with Ships to choose a colour scheme that worked well with the bold, bright, and beautiful images of historic vessels that dominate the page. The result? A clean, beautiful, inspiring website that encourages users to get a little wind in their sails!
