Planning the web
10th January 2006

Fat Beehive are undertaking a strategic consultation with Gamcare.

Gamcare are a gambling neutral charity that takes a non-judgemental approach on gambling. They are the leading authority on the provision of information, advice and practical help for problem gamblers.

Commencing as a website audit, the consultation undertaken with Gamcare is leading to a website strategy document drawn up between Fat Beehive and Gamcare.

The process began with a consultation meeting to determine the goals and objectives of the website. Strategy to achieve these objectives has been put forward along with metrics outlines for determining the financial value of the website and its services and to determine other values of the site such as user satisfaction and ease of use.

Following the metrics, targets and aims have been put forward initially for review at six monthly periods allowing Gamcare to report consistently and succinctly to their funding body.
